Terms and Conditions – Trusted Nurse Staffing Referral Program (Refer-A-Traveler, Refer & Earn)
Eligibility:
Referred candidate must be a licensed registered nurse or allied professional to qualify.
To qualify, the Referred must be a new contact to Trusted Nurse Staffing and has never had a packet submitted nor has completed an assignment previously.
Referred candidates must successfully complete their assignment, fulfilling all contracted hours, to be eligible for payout.
Bonuses are applicable only on the first assignment.
Taxation:
All bonuses are subject to state and federal taxes.
Documentation:
Non-TNS employees referring candidates must complete necessary payroll documents before payout.
Referral Bonus:
Referrers may qualify for Referral Bonus(es) as per the Referral Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site.
Referred Bonus:
Referrals may qualify for a Referred Bonus according to the Referred Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site.
One Referred Sign-up Bonus per eligible new member.
Referral Completed Assignment Bonus:
Referrers may qualify for Referral Completed Assignment Bonus(es) as per the Referral Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site.
Referred Completed Assignment Bonus:
Referrals may qualify for a Referred Completed Assignment Bonus according to the Referred Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site.
One Referred Sign-up Bonus per eligible new member.

User Representations:
By participating in the Refer-A-Traveler Program, you represent and warrant that:
You have a personal relationship with your Referee(s) or have the necessary consents to submit their information.
You will comply with all applicable Company policies, terms, and laws in your participation.
Termination and Interpretation:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Refer-A-Traveler Program or to change these Refer-A-Traveler Program Terms at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. All interpretations of these Refer-A-Traveler Program Terms will be at our sole discretion and our decisions will be final.

Do I qualify for referral bonuses?
Anyone who is not a family member of a current Trusted Nurse Staffing office staff employee or a current employee at a Trusted Nurse Staffing client facility who influences hiring decisions of contract employees can receive referral bonuses.
How do I get more referrals to Trusted Nurse Staffing?
You should look for professionals and friends whom you hold in high regard in your network and refer them to Trusted Nurse Staffing.
How do I know the status of my referral?
Your Trusted Nurse Staffing contact can give you an update on the status of your referrals. Your referral will need to work with Trusted Nurse Staffing and complete a 13-week assignment threshold before payments can be made.
When do I get paid?
Once your referral completes a 13-week assignment, your bonus will be paid out to you as a lump sum.
How will I get paid?
The payment will be made through your traditional Trusted Nurse Staffing payment method. If you are not currently active with Trusted Nurse Staffing, the Trusted Nurse Staffing recruiter will contact you to arrange payment.
How much will I get paid?
Depending on the profession of your referral, you will receive a $1500 lump sum payment under our standard Referral program or another amount if your referral is submitted during a limited promotion program.
Who can I refer?
Anyone who is not an independent contractor, a family member of a corporate employee, a past Trusted Nurse Staffing employee, or who has already been referred to Trusted Nurse Staffing in the last six months can be referred.
Is there any limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no cap on the number of people you can refer to Trusted Nurse Staffing.
